What is your usual automatic response pattern to life’s challenges?
We all have some ‘pre-made’ – and seemingly deeply inbuilt – response patterns to similarly looking life situations: patterns of emotions, thoughts, reactions, decisions, behaviour….
Sometimes, they save our life: when we correctly detect and avoid danger for example.
Sometimes, they ruin important parts of our life – repetitive destructive behaviour in our relationships for example.
Sometimes we are aware of them: it’s when we say something or do something and then notice ourselves saying/doing it…
Sometimes we are made aware of them when our significant other or a good friend says (often): “You always/you never…”.
Sometimes we haven’t a clue and important people in our life are too polite/scared/indifferent to help us mastering our behaviour.
Automatic patterns of responses typically set themselves either early in life as an adaptive behaviour or at any point as a result of a significant physical or emotional event; a somewhat stressful time; a perceived ‘dead-end’ situation and so on.
Rarely do automatic patterns – ours and people’s we come in contact with – get our active attention as we tend to settle on: “People never change, don’t they?” kind of thinking.
Natural medicine – and the entire personal development field – has long aimed at resolution of these patterns. Natural medicine has primarily aimed at finding and healing the roots of psycho-emotional diseases; personal development has aimed at full self-realisation on the level of an individual human being – and at making this planet a better place to live in general.
There are many wonderful helpful tools for recognising and overcoming our automatic response patterns: from taking time for our personal development; focusing on understanding and working with the basic dynamic of all kinds of relationships with other people in our life (sometimes all we need is a mirror…) to deep Inner Work helping us tap into somewhat hidden (and totally uncensored) aspects of our personality with Dreamwork and getting to clarity, plan and purpose with Journalling.
Significantly less is known about Soul Spirit Colourpuncture which can dramatically enhance our inner work by helping us discover – through our body ‘memories’ – what our patterns really are.
Anyone who experienced Conflict Resolution Colourpuncture (Prenatal therapy; Mother-Father balance; Transmitter Relays) can attest that typically we arrive at something we never knew was important. Deep, transformational journeys like these require a skilful and knowledgeable therapist who can give us these treatments, and guide us through the process. Recently, Colourpuncture also developed many simple DIY treatments for Conflict Resolution which can be easily done at home.
Learning the tools which help us to uncover, work with and transform our stubborn, stuck, and sometimes unexplainable patterns so we can acknowledge, accept and care for ourselves better is one of the best gifts you can give yourself to create peace and freedom in your life.
In Intentional Relationships – which we so diligently focused on during many of our Cafe Self Q&A – transforming our automatic patterns with Conflict Resolution often makes for a decisive step in our inner work: after all, our understanding of our own (and our partner’s) emotional patterns, communication styles and an overall energy signature of our relationships can be totally hidden from our view by solid walls of our unrecognised and unaddressed inner conflicts.
I feel truly blessed to discover, experience and share Conflict Resolution Colourpuncture and hope it will make a difference in your life too should you decide to learn and experience it.
Module 6 of Professional Colourpuncture training course we describe in the video is entire focused on Conflict Resolution. Here is in a nut shell what you will learn and experience; in theory, you can self-give them all (and many students do when they don’t have anyone to exchange treatments with), in practice, I feel from experience that they are better divided into self-care and professional help options:

Here is the video transcript:
“Module 6 (Colourpuncture training course) aims to clarify the roots of a disease. So, we are not looking at stages of disease development; we are not looking into basic diagnostic of bodily diseases; we’re not looking at Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine ‘translated’ into Colorpuncture – we’re looking at the very roots of the diseases. You can actually start with this Module! Even though this is really advanced: this is the end of the Basic training in Colourpuncture. In Colourpuncture we have 12 modules; and Advanced Colorpuncture, Modules 7 to 12 is something completely different. So what we do in Conflict Resolution (module)? We do what is called ‘Prenatal Therapy’ and because it is all done on feet and there are lots of ramifications from just this simple treatment, this would suit somebody who is a Reflexologist for example. If there was a birth trauma; if there was any kind of trauma during pregnancy; if there was a difficult situation in the family in pregnancy – during the pregnancy; at the time of conception; something happens to the mother; around the mother; in the family; in the bigger family; in the collective – depends what the situation was – it influences us when we are in utero. And so (Colourpuncture) Prenatals are beautiful ‘to zoom into’ real roots for many diseases. So Prenatals is a main treatment we do for children. So when you treat children – regardless of the dis-ease label – we always would do some Prenatals because this is where everything comes from and they’re still not far from this space and it’s really important to sort this out. Prenatals are like ….I can talk about it all day long: this is one of my favourite sequences (in Colourpuncture)! Conflict Resolution (treatment) we do: within Conflict Resolution (Module) there is a treatment which is actually called ‘conflict resolution’. It’s all done on head; it’s a big treatment: for strong diseases; deep conflicts. It helps relaxation; it helps with headaches, migraines; it helps you to lift and consider and transform your stuck patterns… you know those automatic patterns of behaviour – our ‘autopilot’, our daily autopilot – when we say something or when we react in some way or we behave in some way – without thinking. It’s an autopilot – so we do it and then we notice ourselves doing it, it’s so automatic. So when you do anything along the lines of conflict resolution – the difference is Prenatal therapy is more about things which happen around this space (pregnancy, birth) and also in the very beginning of life and then we grew up this way, with this kind of dis-balance. And Conflict Resolution is more about our current conflicts which of course can have their roots at any point in our life or even in the ancestry, but it’s still more about current conflicts, it’s more about what it is here and now. Both Prenatals and Conflict Resolution – they are long big sequences, transformational journeys. This is something that if you are into a personal development and transformation – this is something for you. It does not fail you! I would say 95 out of a 100 % you would have a result: you would discover something which you didn’t know or which you didn’t know even was important. Sometimes we know what happens to us; sometimes we know about a particular fact in our life, about a particular aspect of our health – but you don’t really take it seriously. We just don’t see it. But suddenly when you do all this Conflict Resolution treatments, all this comes to the surface. This comes to the fore for you to deal with it – and this is very beautiful. Also in Module 6 we have lots of little conflict resolution related treatments – they are again all done on the head. Module six will also suit people who don’t want to work with undressing the patient: feet are easy to expose; head is easily available; there are treatments done on the ears; on the face – so it’s will also suit somebody who is into Psychotherapy; Counseling, so you can start from a non-body perspective and go for psycho-emotional health.”
