In Colourpuncture, similar to other meridian therapies – Acupuncture and Acupressure – we use ‘body points’ (based on meridians) and Microsystems. How to create personalised microsystems protocols for your self-care using foundational therapy principles?
In Acupuncture, Acupressure and Colourpuncture, any microsystem used on its own will support pain relief, promote relaxation and reduce inflammation in target areas and organs systems. We can also use several microsystems for a comprehensive coverage on various levels to increase the effectiveness of our treatment by targeting various aspects and layers of the same problem: energy balancing on a body level (general flow of Qi), tissue level (blood circulation, nutrients delivery and waste removal), ancestry level (family tendencies) etc.
In the video we discuss general principles of microsystem combination and give an easy example of combining two effective and easy to reach Colorpuncture microsystems for promoting a balanced flow of Qi and pain relief: skull microsystem and foot Reflexology.
Combining Microsystems
- The easiest: use just one microsystem you are either familiar with or feel drawn to and interested in learning
- Most comprehensive: use all the microsystem you know to target a particular area, organ, organ system or joint (including vertebra, spine joints).
- The first in-between step: combine 2 microsystems you are either familiar with or interested in learning – in the video we give example of combining Foot Reflexology with Top of the Skull Microsystems.
Colourpuncture Microsystems
Foot Reflexology is well known and self-care massage is easily done using simple and easily accessibly maps. In Colourpuncture we also have a very good course in Colour Reflexology where we are using both classic Reflexology maps and several innovative approaches which combine various microsystems overlaid on feet. Colourpuncture is also a wonderful choice for Reflexologists work as I discovered during my years of working in Reflexology Clinic setting.
All our Colour reflexology protocols can also be translated into the Hand Reflexology for ease of self-care, both for general health using classic Reflexology maps and Prenatal therapy, one of the therapies of Conflict Resolution family.
Skull microsystem could be learnt on a short workshop ‘Bones and Joints pain and mobility problems’ (and if you are a Colourpuncture therapist you can find this map in your advanced Colorpuncture section).
Forehead microsystem mentioned in the video (called OGT or Ophthalmic Genetic Therapy by Peter Mandel) is one of microsystems on the forehead we use in Colourpuncture: it is based on Iridology maps and this is a principle of Family Constellations translated into self-care in a way: you can reach physical, emotional and psychological aspects of broader ancestry traits, working – through your own body – on what ‘runs in the family’.
Traditional group setting Family Constellation work is wonderful; but I found that many people simply won’t do it in a group; but they are very willing to work on themselves to address the family issues.
In Colourpuncture we also use Nose microsystem, Auricular Microsystem, Face Microsystem, Back Segments microsystem and others, some as a part of Professional training and some also as separate courses.
Microsystems for Body and Soul
All the aspects of a body area, organ system or a joint (physical, emotional, psychological) will be reached when we use Colourpuncture or Acupressure microsystems; however microsystems often give better and quicker results for pain relief and general health of the area in question.
On a practical level, Colourpunctrue and Acupressure microsystems are also much easier to reach and so to use on a regular basis and the treatments often don’t involve any undressing.
Any questions – please reach out for a free consultation using the form below and we can discuss what would be the best choice in learning a particular microsystem for self-care for you personally or, if you are a Colourpuncture student or therapist I can help you to find the protocols I mentioned in the video and suggest further combinations.
