I love my group work and challenge courses 🙂 With each group we all learn something new, based on combined experience of people coming together. Dreamwork Challenge ‘Dream Yourself Together’ is no exception: although I created a framework back in summer 2021 and the basis is still the same, the dream analysis part of the course creates intriguing developments every time!

This video is an excerpt from our 2023 Summer Solstice ‘Dream Yourself Together’. We learned several things, all important but requiring creative dream analysis which was possible thanks to beautiful dreams our participants shared; my extensive training and practice in dialoguing in therapy sessions (huge THANK YOU goes to my talented teachers) – and the group work factor itself when we all come together to offer our perspectives on the dream being shared. Here are some of important things that we learned on that Summer Solstice Dream Challenge:

  • We have to find and name the main conflict in the dream which may – may not – be obvious
  • We need to see which of the conflicts is a ‘good conflict’ no matter how it is presented in symbols
  • We have to identify some archetypes and see how they ‘behave’ in real life
  • We need to see if the dream setting itself (such as with a travel dream example) is a symbol – or a conflict – or indeed can point at the archetype
  • The first step of the dream analysis (descriptive words for a symbol), done correctly is often enough to see the whole meaning of the dream and how this part of a personality can be integrated to ‘dream ourselves together’ 🙂

There were many more insights from this and each of the previous and following dream workshops and I hope to share these with time. I run Dreamwork Challenges as a group work twice a year, on or around Summer and Winter Solstices which seem to be conducive background for this type of work. Sometimes we schedule extra dreamwork events during the year when there is a sufficient demand. Each event becomes almost a being on its own as people come together at different times in their lives, with different problems and hopes, and of course their night dreams…As we are progressing with our work, Day 1 to Day 9, somebody starts to ‘just’ sleep better (mention this ‘just’ to somebody with a chronic insomnia or anxiety…); somebody starts seeing dreams after a long break or for the first time (“as if they are queuing up now”) ; many people start making a real sense of their dreams and learn how to translate the dreamwork insights into their daily life.

Join us for Dreamwork Challenge ‘Dream Yourself Together’ if you are interested in learning how a very simple and easy to follow framework consisting of Acupressure for better sleep; Dream Zones (a ‘map’ on your skin) to support your targeted, intentional dreaming (the clue is in the name of the Zones: Zone of Memory; Zone of Partnership; Zone of Vitality; Zone of Joy…) and a simple self-care script based on Jungian dream analysis can help you to connect the dots. Our dreamwork groups are intentionally small to ensure analysis of individual dreams and form a supportive circle of like minded people.

If you prefer to start exploring your dreamwork DIY style with the Oil Relax, please don’t hesitate to contact me to ask any questions you may have. No obligations – please use the form below. While this option won’t have a dream analysis part, it will still be a beneficial step towards better sleep (which is essential both for general health and to provide a background for seeing dreams), targeted dreaming and general relaxation and insights. A good start here could be for example to explore how our Path and important relationships in our life reflect in our dreams using dream zones of ‘Memory’ and ‘Partnership’.

If you participated in any or our dreamwork challenges in the past, please do yourself a favour and use your dreamwork challenge materials and Oil Relax as a self-care or join us for the next workshop to expand your awareness and dream toolbox – remember that with every group, there is some surprise new knowledge, insight and experience waiting to come into being when we come together with a common intention, somethings I myself am fascinated by and grateful for.

Don’t forget your dreamwork journaling – it’s an integral part of our Dream Yourself Together framework, even if this is just to keep a record of your dreams as they come, this is a great collection of your Soul life messages for your future use in dreamwork 🙂

Happy Dreaming!
