How do you choose which colour to use for your Colourpuncture treatment? Many times, the answers is obvious: you just follow your protocol. Sometimes, you are given a choice of several colours. Sometimes, you want to be creative with colour when you know more advanced Colorpuncture principles!
‘Zone of Power’ is a very simple and well, very powerful treatment indeed. It’s a big Reflex Zone and so you just treat a zone on your left side and then the symmetrical zone of your right side. With just two reflex zones to treat, this makes for a very quick and easy treatment.
