We use Acupressure (or Colourpuncture), Dreamwork (Intentional Dreaming and Dream Analysis), Journaling prompts, to work on areas of life which are currently important to you – while also exploring the whole Self and the whole Life Experience clarifying (and gently letting go of!) any un-constructive conditioning and underlying patterns of thoughts, reactions and behaviour. This helps to build sustainable health and happiness, deep inner contentment, better Self awareness and better relationships.
It helps you to get really interested in your Self and your Life!
In everything we do, we focus on a question: ‘Who am I on a Soul level, what Path am I travelling in this lifetime – and how I can recognise and develop my Talents and Gifts to offer to the world, naturally growing from inside to the outside?’.
